A very hot afternoon at the Gorge saw Ken McLean look as if he had come back from a swim. He had already cycled to the event and after finishing, cycled up out of the Gorge grounds to go kayaking! For most others the orienteering run in extreme heat was enough. The pool area was busy with locals as our 34 runners attracted some welcome attention negotiating their way around, up and down, the grounds. Fastest time in the long was again Jack Wickham with Lynnda Coffey taking the honours in the short. Winners today were Carlin White and Lynnda Coffey.
