Commencing this Thursday, we will be holding running sessions at the Domain, starting at 5:30pm sharp.

We will meet at Soldiers Memorial Oval northern carpark, and then run in a different location in the Domain from week to week.

These will be suitable for everyone  - young, old, fast, slow, and ultra-slow.

The first week will be a gentle introduction to speed work with a focus on fun.

We will demonstrate some warmup and cooldown exercises to keep you in good nick.

Each week will be slightly different and during the six weeks you’ll progress from to spongey to springy. You’ll be ready for the Australian 3 Days and Bay of Fires 3 Days.
