Entry is about to close for the Pittwater "Sand Dune 3 Days' events to be held this weekend.
We also need everyone to indicate by Tuesday 7th that they are attending the AGM and Awards Night Dinner and BBQ to held Sat and Sun evenings respectively.
Don't miss out on the OT AGM and Awards Night Dinner to be held at the Tasmanian Golf Club on Saturday the 11th of March. Cost is $35 per person for a scrumptious two course meal. Start time is 6pm with meals served from 6.30pm. You pay on the night but to attend the dinner you need to register in Eventor by midnight Tuesday 7th March.
The twilight BBQ thanks to the West family, provides the opportunity for everyone to purchase a BBQ meal. This will be used as a fund raiser for the Tasmanian Orienteering Juniors. Prices are the same as last year with adults $15, children under twelve $10 and family $50. You pay in Eventor and need to register by midnight Tuesday 7th March.
How Can I enter in Eventor before entry closes on Tuesday 7th at Midnight
If you have not yet entered for the "Sand Dune 3 Days" events at Pittwater, please do so now as entries close Tuesday night. Click here to go to Eventor to enter these events.
- For the event on Sat 11th March, under 'Services' click 'Add' to indicate 'Attending AGM & Awards Night. You will pay on the night. Further details on the meals is available here.
- For the event on Sun 12th March, under 'Services' click 'Add' to indicate and pay for your BBQ needs.
- Complete the rest of the steps and pay using PayPal
How can I check or indicate my attendance if I have already entered the events?
1. Log into Eventor
Select My Pages > My Events
2. Select the 'Change entry and/or services' link on the Sat event.
Under 'Services' click 'Add' to indicate 'Attending AGM & Awards Night.
Complete the rest of the steps and confirm your change.
3. Select the 'Change entry and/or services' link on the Sun event.
Under 'Services' click 'Add' to indicate your BBQ requirement.
Complete the rest of the steps, confirm your change and pay using PayPal.
