Are you looking for some last minute training for the Melbourne Sprint weekend?

Or perhaps you just want to get out and stretch your legs a little?

This weekend there will be a bucket load of sprint training on offer with a mix of straight running and orienteering.

The orienteering training is free and open to all members – short, sharp, fun activities to get your blood flowing and mind racing!

Take a look at the schedule below:

Saturday 9am parkrun Montrose Foreshore (just turn up!)

Saturday 10:30am Sprint - Claremont College (training)

Saturday 12noon Head to head bush sprint – meet at Queens Domain Community Hub (training)

Sunday   9am Run the Beaches (5k or 2k) Bellerive (Enter Run the Beaches)

Sunday   10:30am Head to head sprint (or do it on your own) - Bellerive Bluff (training)

Sunday   3:30pm Kilian’s Sprint Relay – Kingston High (Enter Here)

To enter the training sprints, comment on Facebook in the O-Training group https://www.facebook.com/groups/877841202238225/, or email coaching@tasorienteering.asn.au to let Jon know which sessions you would like to take part in. You need to do this by this Wednesday 26 February.
